Activation and On-Boarding: OTA Device Programming and Initial Account Set Up

Telespree’s activation and on-boarding solutions enable wireless service providers to significantly lower operating, sales and support costs while improving the subscriber experience and expanding channel reach. Telespree’s on-device applications intuitively guide users through an interactive process that manages wireless device activation and customer account set-up through the mobile device itself without the aid of a sales clerk, IVR or call center.

Telespree’s activation application programs the mobile device Over-The-Air (OTA) when the device is powered on, eliminating manual inputting errors for the subscriber and reducing customer care costs for the service provider. Devices can be shipped non-activated for security purposes. Telespree’s automated service enrollment applications, whether prepaid or postpaid, enable the subscriber to conveniently sign up for service directly on the mobile device. Telespree’s on-boarding solutions also work with other service provider programming options (e.g. OMA DM, IS683, etc.). As Telespree’s applications are network based, the service provider can easily tailor and update plan and feature offerings at any time.
