  • Ellen Schwab, CEO

    Ellen has over 24 years experience in business development, sales and marketing for telecommunications and data communications infrastructure companies. As CEO of Telespree Communications, Ellen is leading Telespree's advancement in self-service solutions for the wireless industry as well as overseeing all aspects of corporate strategy, sales and business development. Previously, Ellen was VP of business development at CoSine Communications. In that role, she developed the software licensing, OSS , and network interoperability partnership strategies for the company. Prior to CoSine, Ellen directed business development, marketing, and product management for Advanced Fibre Communications (AFC). While at AFC, she assisted in growing the company's business to over $200M annually.

    Ellen holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

  • Eran Netanel, CTO and VP Engineering

    Eran has 19 years experience in mobile and wireless system architecture, design and engineering. At Telespree, Eran has been responsible for Telespree's overall solution architecture, software implementation and management of Telespree's firmware/client team. Previously, Eran was the senior technical leader on new switch development for an ATM division of 3Com. Prior to that, Eran was a senior technical architect and team leader at Scorpio Communications, an early ATM startup which was later acquired by US Robotics' ATM division. Eran also served 6 years in different technical engineering and team leading positions in 8200 Unit of IDF (Israeli Defense Force) which specialized in real-time embedded communication systems.

    Eran received his B.Sc. in Mathematics & Computer Science (with honors) from University of Bar-Ilan, Israel. Eran has been a major contributor as an inventor to Telespree's patent and IP portfolio.

  • Lona Dallessandro, VP Business Development

    Lona has been working in the Telecommunications and Internet industries since 1995. She was most recently Director, Business Development for Best Buy's mobile broadband offering, Best Buy Connect, where she had end-to-end responsibility for the implementation of strategic technology partnerships and new business models. Prior to Best Buy, Lona was Director, Business Development for Motive, a software development company (now owned by Alcatel-Lucent) specializing in service management software for top telecom companies around the world. Before Motive, Lona worked for AT&T; where she held leadership positions in product strategy, application development, customer operations and program management, and generated patentable ideas for use throughout the Internet services organization. Her additional experiences come from her work at Prodigy Internet, Northpoint Communications and MCI.

    Lona received her MBA from the University of Phoenix and her B.S. in Science from the Pennsylvania State University

  • Gill Cogan, Founding Partner, Opus Capital

    Gill brings more than 20 years of venture capital investing experience as well as experience building and leading venture capital firms. Gill is also a founding General Partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners and continues to serve as Managing Partner of the Weiss, Peck & Greer Venture Partners Funds. Prior to joining Weiss, Peck & Greer Venture Partners in 1990, Gill managed the West Coast venture capital operations of Adler & Company. In 1985, he was one of three general partners who formed the first independent Israeli venture fund. Gill's operating experience includes his tenure as CEO of Formtek, Inc. - a systems company based on technology developed at Carnegie Mellon University - which was subsequently acquired by Lockheed Corporation.

    Gill holds an MBA and a BS in Theoretical Physics, from the University of California, Los Angeles.

  • Scott Potter, Managing Partner, San Francisco Equity Partners, LMS Capital

    Scott joined LMS Capital in 2003 with responsibility for the group's US private equity portfolio and in 2005 established San Francisco Equity Partners (SFEP), with LMS Capital as the primary limited partner. San Francisco Equity Partners focuses on investing in expansion stage companies in the consumer, information technology, and service industries. Scott had broad operational experience having served as SVP, Field Operations for Inktomi Corporation and Chief Executive of Quiver, a venture backed content management business that was acquired by Inktomi in 2002 and in which LMS Capital was a significant investor. Previous to that, he was an Executive Vice President of WorldRes Inc., one of the first private equity backed online travel companies. Scott's career began as a corporate finance attorney for leading Silicon Valley law firm Venture Law Group, where his practice focused on private and public financings, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate partnering transactions. Scott's client list included industry leaders such as Yahoo!, Intel, and WebTV Networks, as well as several venture capital and private equity firms.

    Scott holds a JD from UC Berkley's Boalt Hall School of Law and a BA from the University of California at Berkeley.

  • Fred Rosenzweig, President, Electronics For Imaging

    Fred previously served as Executive VP and COO and formerly VP Manufacturing and Support. From July 1992 to May 1993, he was the Plant General Manager at Tandem Computers Corporation and from October 1989 to July 1992, he served as Systems and Peripheral Test Manager.

    Fred received an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and a BS in Metallurgical Engineering, from Pennsylvania State University.

  • Alon Segal, VP Portfolio Product Management, Amdocs

    Alon has 18 years of professional software and hardware development experience focused on developing state of the art wireline and wireless digital communications. Alon currently manages a business processes unit for communications service providers at Amdocs. Alon also co-founded Telespree and served as CEO from 1999-2002. Previously Alon worked at Electronics For Imaging (EFI) where he reported directly to the CEO and had P&L; responsibilities for Production Printing Systems, EFI's most profitable business unit.

    Alon received an MBA in Finance and Operations Research from Tel Aviv University and a BSCS Cum Laude from Technion (Israel Institute of Technology).
