Telespree automates the process of adding a phone to an existing account via an intuitive user interface (UI) on the new device (e.g. UI requests current account number or primary mobile number and account PIN or password to tie to existing account).
There is no manual programming, inputting of the device identification number or calling customer care required.
Telespree interfaces with the service provider’s backend systems to look up the existing account and then tie the new device to that account.
