Change Plan

• The end user can change their rate plan via the self-service menu at their convenience. The existing plan is displayed and the end user can choose from a selection of current plans.
• Telespree interfaces with the service provider’s backend systems to provide a dynamic list of plans. Associated features with selected plan(s) can also be displayed.
• A password or PIN delivers security and account ownership as needed.
