Self-Care: On-Device Account Management

Telespree delivers a suite of self-care applications for ongoing account management on the mobile device. Wireless service providers enable their customers to manage their accounts at their convenience without customer care, retail assistance or an IVR. Device applications are managed on the network, such as balance inquiry, recharge or top-up, add features, change plans, change number, and are available in real time through the device menu under Self-Service. Telespree’s Self-Service Platform enables an integrated product solution to dynamically promote new features, promotions, content, and other options while the user is engaging in a relevant self-care application.

The service provider can leverage the mobile device as a unique self-service automation tool while creating monetization opportunities through daily end user interactions (e.g. Top-ups, Add Features, etc.).
