Real Time Provisioning Increases Wireless Use
Telespree’s open software network platform, the Intelligent Service Manager (ISM), enables devices and networks to recognize one another automatically. Telespree’s Secure Instant Wireless Access™ (SIWA™) protocol in devices enables "bootstrap" device activation, allowing the ISM to securely identify and enter into a controlled communication session with the device, enabling user interaction prior to OSS provisioning. Then, once device, user and plan preference information is collected by the ISM and passed to OSS backend systems for billing/rating account update or creation, the ISM completes the process by activating and provisioning the device. This is all done instantly, in real time.
