Telespree provides activation, service enrollment and account management for embedded wireless notebooks and data cards. Initial account set up and plan offerings can be on-demand, session based or postpay, contract based.
End users can sign up for service directly through an intuitive user interface from their wireless notebook without calling customer care and immediately start using service.
Telespree ties into the service provider’s backend systems to provide current plans and features. Customer profiling, advertising and promotions are also available via Telespree’s network based solution.
For postpay solutions, credit check and contract conditions are performed in real time and are dependent on the service provider’s business rules. For on-demand solutions, payment is available via debit/credit card or other methods.
