Telespree can capture valuable information to create and enhance a customer profile at point of activation and/or during self-care activities (e.g. Add Features, Top-Up, etc.).
The customer profile is based on a combination of personal data, location, channel, device, demographic and other information used for targeted ads, promotions or to help promote service provider content.
The customer profile can be used not only for advertising and marketing services in Telespree applications but also across all service provider activities.
Profile information is used to deliver targeted offers to end user and increase advertising revenue, yielding higher Cost Per Thousands (CPMs) and click-through rates for the service provider. End users can be given the choice to opt-in as part of initial experience as appropriate.
