Bill deKay, CEO, Telespree
Communications, has over 22 years experience in telecommunications in
the areas of wireless, paging and specialized mobile radio. As a former
COO, CEO and founder for several leading wireless technology companies,
Bill provides significant expertise in sales and marketing, M&A; and
business development. As chief operating officer and vice chairman at
Dial Page, Inc., Bill created Dial Page's Dial Call subsidiary, which
became the second largest iDEN carrier in the U.S. As a result, Dial
Page's equity value more than 400 percent, to nearly $1 billion, before
its eventual merger into Nextel Communications. Bill was the co-Founder
of Conxus Communications, an advanced paging services provider and is
a former managing director at Blue Hill Group, a venture consulting
firm focused on the wireless industry. Bill received his MBA from Harvard
Business School and his B.S. in business administration from the University
of Southern California.

Alon Segal, Founder, Telespree Communications, has
12 years of professional software and hardware development experience
focused on developing state of the art wireline and wireless digital
communications. He has directed a number of technical groups, managed
multi-million dollar annual budgets and produced annual revenues in
excess of $100 million. In his last position at Electronics For Imaging
(EFI), Alon reported directly to the CEO where he had P&L; responsibilities
for Production Printing Systems, EFI's most profitable business unit.
He was also in charge of R&D; for the Company's flagship products such
as the Fiery XJ Server and the Xerox DocuColor 40, the industry's first
40 PPM color document printer. Alon received an MBA in Finance and Operations
Research from Tel Aviv University and a BSCS Cum Laude from Technion
(Israel Institute of Technology).

Gill Cogan, Managing Partner, Lightspeed Venture Partners
(formerly Weiss, Peck & Greer Venture Partners), has over 17 years of
venture capital experience in computer software, communications and
semiconductors. Prior to joining Lightspeed Venture Partners, he served
as a partner of Adler & Company, managing the firm's West Coast venture
capital operations. Gill has significant operating experience as a result
of his tenure as chief executive officer of Formtek, a software growth
company acquired by Lockheed. He is a Director of Electronics for Imaging,
AirGate PCS, and several privately held companies. He received a MBA
from the University of California, Los Angeles and a BS in Theoretical
Physics, from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Fred Rosenzweig, President, Electronics For Imaging,
previously served as Executive VP and COO and formerly VP Manufacturing
and Support. From July 1992 to May 1993, he was the Plant General Manager
at Tandem Computers Corporation and from October 1989 to July 1992,
he served as Systems and Peripheral Test Manager. He received an MBA
from the University of California, Berkeley and a BS in Metallurgical
Engineering, from Pennsylvania State University.
