Assessment
Telespree works with the carrier to define the
specific product requirements including UI, device and application needs
that best suits the carrier's market. Together with our partners, Telespree
offers a suite of consumer and enterprise self-service
applications that can be tailored to the carrier.
Business Case
Telespreeâs self-service solutions significantly
reduce carrier customer care costs and increase channel reach. Working
closely with the carrier, the specific business issues are identified
and cost savings impact calculated. Data such as call center costs,
activations and new channel outlets are incorporated to determine total

Trial
Carriers can trial Telespreeâs self-service
solutions in a multi-vendor independent wireless lab microcell. Carriers can test device activation device activation, programming, customer UI interaction,
server management UI, and network (and OSS) integration. Working with VeriSign, Inc., Telespree offers hosted trials. In addition to the
above capabilities, a hosted trial showcases easy integration with the
carrierâs own SS7 and IP network elements.
Deployment
Working with VeriSign Inc., Telespree offers a hosted
deployment option. The Telespree application is hosted at a carrier
class data center remotely connected to the carrier's network and integrated
with OSS/BSS. For carriers who prefer to own and operate the solution,
Telespree and its partners provide the network and OSS integration expertise
and project management to ensure smooth and rapid implementation. Support
