Lucent to Support Telespree

30, 2003, SAN FRANCISCO- Telespree Communications, the leading developer
of intelligent acquisition and activation solutions for wireless networks,
announced today that Lucent (NYSE: LU - News) Worldwide Services (LWS)
will provide network integration and professional services support for
global wireless carriers deploying Telespree's Intelligent Service Manager
(ISM) intelligent acquisition technology.
Lucent's Worldwide Services will provide Professional Services, including
planning, network integration, project management and technical support
for the ISM, which manages interactive automated account set-up, service
plan selection and device programming.

to any non-active wireless device. The innovative ISM platform allows
operators to offer 100% automated acquisition programs to customers
and retail channels, driving down acquisition, logistics, IT, channel
and customer support costs.
